This course addresses the need for practicing/senior Project and Programme Directors/Managers to improve performance across the project and program management discipline, and use improved tools and technologies for handling stakeholders, and building quality into your project; as well as newest concepts and techniques for project and programme planning, estimating, and scheduling. as well as learn strategies for handling uncertainty, discovering the effects of project risks on networking, and identifying and qualifying project and program risks.

The MAIN OBJECTIVE of this course is to equip the participants with the requisite knowledge and skills to be able to raise and manage adequate financial and non-financial resources for effective functioning and benefit of their organizations and the development system.

The SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES are:
1. Getting participants to understand the conceptual framework of resource mobilization;
2. Encouraging participants to master the strategies for resource mobilization in general and writing proposals for projects funding in particular;
