Step 2: Have a conversation with your team/boss about the course; why you’re taking the course, its key features, and what you hope would be the gain from your participation. Describe how you choose the course, exactly what you will learn (via the modules), and how it will position you/your organization for professional advancement (e.g., a business, a promotion, raise, or lateral move). Explain how the course ties into your professional development short and long-term plans, and how it will ultimately benefit your company/organization.

Step 3: Discuss with your employer/team if they will sponsor or reimburse you for the course. Many organizations currently reimburse their employees for verified Certificates! These also add credibility to organizational accomplishments, and will strengthen and validate your motives.

Step 4: Our course modules provide for micro-presentations during which participants are required to make their own presentations from the course the represents material learned. It is advisable for you/participants to envisage/create projects that they intend to implement in your/their organizations at the end of the course to reflect lessons learned. This also adds tangible artifacts to your portfolio, signaling what you learned and showing off your new skills.  Kindly note that starting 1 May 2015, the duration of our courses have been reviewed to 5 days; in response to the suggestions of most of our previous participants who had consistently observed that the existing 3 days were too short to conveniently cover the wide range of issues being addressed in the courses. We have also reviewed the courses fees as to as low as possible to reflect these changes.

Therefore, effective 1 May 2015, our regular certificate courses will last for 5 days and attract a fee of N90,000.00 (Ninety Thousand naira only) per participant; while our 5-days Advanced Certificate Courses will attract a fee of N120,000.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Thousand naira only) per participant.
