Registered participants are expected to arrive on the 20th and depart on the 26th.
This course addresses the need for practicing/senior Project and Programme Directors/Managers to improve performance across the project and program management discipline, and use improved tools and technologies for handling stakeholders, and building quality into your project; as well as newest concepts and techniques for project and programme planning, estimating, and scheduling. as well as learn strategies for handling uncertainty, discovering the effects of project risks on networking, and identifying and qualifying project and program risks.
The MAIN OBJECTIVE of this course is to equip the participants with the advanced knowledge and skills to lead and manage teams to conceptualize, plan, implement, manage and report on multiple projects and programs on various subjects and interventions, for effective functioning and benefit of their organizations, donors, partners, beneficiaries and the development system.

The Specific Learning Objectives are:

2.      To bridge theory with current best practice in dealing with real life situations
